DELIVERY

  • UK MAINLAND ORDERS

  • All units are sold on a 7-10 working day basis depending on stock availability and carrier collection days. (UK mainland only)
  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to ensure you receive your goods within the quoted days/times, you will be contacted by the carrier and given a 1 hour time slot and the opportunity to re-arrange prior to delivery
  • this does not apply with smaller items under 2kg sent out via post) 
  • if possible please provide a mobile number when ordering, this will enable the carrier to text you advising delivery time
  • Please note: highlands & islands may require an extra delivery charge, please enquire before placing your order
  • Reefloat reserves the right to use other carriers where the delivery area is outside UK mainland to obtain the best shipping rates for our customer- eg: highlands and islands, northern Ireland, republic of ireland and overseas
  • IMPORTANT: due to certain peculiarities with shopify when several items are purchased from different shipping rates (eg a parcel and large letter) shopify will add the 2 rates together which incurr's a higher shipping cost than expected as the items will be shipped in one parcel - when this happens a refund will automatically be issued for the overpayment

we are shipping to GERMANY & DENMARK only at the present time due to limited production capability - website will be updated should this situation change

IMPORTANT: ONCE YOUR SHIPMENT IS BOOKED WITH THE CARRIER SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE REFUNDED

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason within 14 days of delivery you are dissatisfied with your purchase Reefloat.com will refund in full the amount* paid including delivery charge made at the point of purchase (delivery charge refund not applicable outside the UK) on the basis that the goods are returned intact as sold, the cost of return is the responsibility of the purchaser unless agreed in writing by ourselves prior to return (eg faulty items)

*A RE-STOCKING FEE (MAXIMUM £10) may be charged
